YOGA - BY GEORGINA MARIEE
The yoga classes I teach are about understanding and ‘feeling’ your body better. We take a combination of traditional forms of yoga and more modern ideas around strength, mobility and controlling movement, and weave it into a class. All the while maintaining ‘flow’ - moving meditation - as an integral component of each class.
I am currently teaching just two group classes a week:
Monday evening: 6.30-7.30pm Sweaty Betty, Harrogate.

Sadly this is a 'members only' class
Alternatively I teach small group and 1-1 private lessons either at my small home studio or at a place of your convience. Please contact me if you are interested and would like to chat about this further.
